Shanghai Everbright Enterprise Development Co., Ltd

Established in 1995, Everbright has been focusing on hydrocolloids products such as CMC and PAC. As the leading position and pioneer of the industry in China, it annually manufactures more than 20,000 MT of various grades of products. It’s the first PAC/CMC exporter, the first API certified PAC manufacturer. Everbright provides products with fully customization services to fit user’s demands and applications. Covered markets includes food, personal care, pharmaceutical, energy, coating, construction and etc.

Shanghai Everest Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd

Established in 2008, Everest has been focusing on specialty chemicals serving oil & gas field. Backed by experienced technical team and faculties of different types of reaction tanks and blenders. Everest is capable to produce more than 50,000 mt of solids and 80,000 mt of liquids. Applications cover upstream stages from drilling, cementing to stimulation and production. Products include fluids loss additives, dispersant, retarder, thixotropic additives and etc.

Yangtse (Yantai) Chemical Technology Co., Ltd

Establised in 2015, Yangtse has became one of the most technology advanced hydrocolloids manufacture facility in the world, with an annual production capacity of 30,000 mt. Computer-integrated manufacturing line and data-driven automation system enabled us to provide even higher grades, superior products covering not just regular markets, but also cutting-edge applications and research. Fully customization and application insights are supported by in-plant application laboratory.

Sidere Technology, Inc.

Backed by manufacture facilities within the group, Sidere was established in 2017 targeting on expanding international operations, providing premium service in teams of logistics, warehousing, financing, and technical supports. Focused markets includes oil & gas field, construction, coatings and other industrial applications. Sidere bears the responsibility to bridging over culture barriers, as well as offering more comprehensive legal protections.
